The seats in the FiST are seriously tight. I'm a hair overweight (5'8 and 170 lbs) and on long drives the recaros in mine really got to me after a couple hours. Clutch in, brake pedal down, push to start. The clutch is moderately heavy. Unless they changed it from the 2014, you don't need to push the brake to start.
